And it is motivated, and in order to protect the rights of the dear and dedicated employees who serve the patients day and night, the bill of rights of the hospital employees and personnel was prepared as follows, so that by complying with it, service commensurate with the dignity and dignity of the dear patients will be provided. The right in this charter means authority, ability and immunity, and employees can waive their right in honorable cases
